Our policies and warranties reflect our dedication to complete client satisfaction. We’ve designed these systems to give customers total confidence in the quality and longevity of our work.

Payment Policy
Our payment policy is designed to give our customers confidence in the successful completion of the job while providing our team with the requisite resources to acquire materials. Our payment policy is as follows:
Due Upon Contract Signing: Materials deposit covering 100% of materials allowance.
Due Upon Passing of Rough Inspections: 25% of labor.
Due Upon Project Completion: Remaining 75% of labor.
Throughout the course of a project, unanticipated scope changes or client-initiated scope modifications can necessite Change Orders. Change Orders are drafted and agreed upon between Witten and Client, with Change Order costs due upon signing of each Change Order.
Warranty
Witten Contracting provides a minimum 1-year warranty on all services performed.
However, we also recognize that occasionally issues may occur beyond the scope of one year. Because our objective is to deliver work with the longest useful life possible, we evaluate warranty claims beyond one year on a case-by-case basis.
