Yes! We are fully licensed and insured.

How long have you been in business?

Witten Contracting launched in 2021. Since then we’ve successfully led more than 50 projects including full home remodels, luxury bathroom buildouts, kitchen turnarounds, and more! Read more on our About Us page!

Can you provide client references?

What is your payment schedule and what kind of warranty do you offer?

Witten Contracting offers a minimum one-year warranty on all services performed. Regarding payments, we require a full materials deposit upon signing of a contract, while Labor payments are spread across two phases, with the vast majority of labor spend due only upon successful job completion. Do you have an on-site Project Manager?

Gavin Witten serves as Project Manager across jobs and will provide ongoing project status updates in addition to proactive communications surrounding change orders, material delays, etc. When Gavin is not physically on your job site he will be highly responsive via phone, text or email depending on your preferences. Do you use subcontractors? How do you vet them?

Witten Contracting aims to handle as much work in-house as possible but subcontracts specifically for electric work, plumbing, and certain other niche trades. Witten Contracting works with a small, preferred group of subcontractors who have demonstrated that they meet the high standards of reliability, integrity and skill set by the Witten organization.

Are you familiar with local building codes and zoning laws?

Yes, Witten Contracting has deep familiarity with codes and zoning within our service area (see our About Us page for more details on the areas we serve).

What can customers expect from Witten Contracting regarding cleanup — both on a daily basis and upon job completion?

Witten Contracting is dedicated to being as tidy as possible while working in your home. During a job, our team sweeps, discards trash and mops at the end of each day. Upon job completion, our team performs a deep clean including mopping, cleaning of surfaces, polishing of tile, and anything else needed to deliver you a picture-perfect space!
